I’ve been working with Marybeth for over a year now. When we first started, I had just had my lower leg amputated a week before. She created a custom hypno session for me to simulate the dilaudid pump I was on in the hospital. Any time I was feeling pain, after they took me off of it, I could press the simulated pump and mimic the euphoria feeling. I have been using her methods she taught me to heal and stop taking opioids. Since then, we have started sessions to stop my junk food cravings. I am now at the weight I was in my early 20’s. she has also helped me with my anxiety and PTSD from past childhood and other traumas.
